Denise's favorite smoothiebowl recipe

For this all time favorite smoothiebowl of Denise you need is the following:

  • 2 banana's
  • 2 hands of frozen blueberries
  • 1 lime or 1 teaspoon of limejuice
  • 30 cl water
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of SUE granola 
  • a blender or nutribullit 
  • 5 minutes of your time

How to make it

Put the frozen blueberries, the limejuice, 1 banana and the water in the blender and blend untill you get a smooth substance. If it is too thick, add a little more water. 

Take a nice bowl and fill it with the dark red substance. Cut half a banana in slices and put them on top of the smoothiebowl and finish the bowl with the chia seeds, the hemp and the delicious glutenfree SUE granola.

Voila, you are done! 

Tip!
The left over banana you can chop into pieces of 2 cm and save in your freezer for your next smoothie bowl!
