All orders are send on regular working days. Delivery times may take a little longer during public holidays. Here you can check the delivery times and the delivery cost per country. All prices are included 21% VAT, except the non-EU countries.
The delivery times below can be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. DENISE ROOBOL is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

ONLINE SHOPPING INFO
Please note that we only sell items that we have in stock. Products may sell out during the shopping session and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout. You can always view, change or delete items in your shopping bag before you proceed to the checkout.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. If there are color differences between the colors shown on the website on your computer and the actual colors of the garments, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange your product for a different item or colour, after the product is received. Items on sale can not be returned or exchanged. In case of a return we will give you a full refund of the product price (exclusive the shipping cost) within 30 days by banktransfer, after we have received your bank information.
In case of exchanges we will give you a refund of the difference within 30 days by banktransfer, after we have received your bank information. In case the purchaser wants to return or exchange the product, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.
All the items you want to return or exchange need to have their DENISE ROOBOL tags and original packaging. Faulty items can also be returned after agreement by e-mail about the wrongness of your product. All the non-faulty products, which are not suitable for resale caused by use or damage, will not be accepted and will be send back to you.

Please ensure that you send the return with a tracking number. DENISE ROOBOL cannot be held responsible for lost returns during transport.
Goods are faulty if they received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If there is a manufacturing fault or damaged received product, please contact us by e-mail and add a picture, if possible, of the manufacturing defect or damage to your new product.
After confirming that there is a manufacturing defect or damage to your new product, you are entitled to return your product and a new product will be send to you afterwards.
