We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the garments, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange your product for a different item or colour, after the product is received. Items on sale can not be returned or exchanged. In case of a return we will give you a full refund of the product price (exclusive the shipping cost) within 30 days by banktransfer, after we have received your bank information. In case of exchanges we will give you a refund of the difference within 30 days by banktransfer, after we have received your bank information. In case the purchaser wants to return or exchange the product, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.

All the items you want to return or exchange need to have their DENISE ROOBOL tags and original packaging. Faulty items can also be returned after agreement by e-mail about the wrongness of your product. All the non-faulty products, which are not suitable for resale caused by use or damage, will not be accepted and will be send back to you.

WARRANTY

Goods are faulty if they received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If there is a manufacturing fault or damaged received product, please contact us by e-mail and add a picture, if possible, of the manufacturing defect or damage to your new product. After confirming that there is a manufacturing defect or damage to your new product, you are entitled to return your product and a new product will be send to you afterwards.

Academy

After 4 years of studying at the Willem de Kooning Design Academy, Denise developed a strong vision where fashion and nature become more close than ever. With this vision in mind she decided to start her own brand.

Concept

Minimalistic and functional design in combination with the usage of vegan materials make Denise an absolute earlybird. She wanted to create something new in order to convince & inspire people showing that fashion accessories can be vegan friendly.

Vegan

Denise Roobol only uses high-tech vegan materials coming from the surroundings of Hong Kong, an area that has the lead in developing high quality vegan materials. By the usage of this new material, she encourages others that it is definitely possible to have fashionable vegan products.

Stories

While designing, Denise creates a world around her products inspired by different lifestyles and places. Eventually, all bags have their own story with a matching name.

PRODUCT CARE

All products are made of high tech vegan materials. These materials are made of a fabric coated with a strong rubber. Because of this rubber coating the products already have a water-resistant coating, so they do not need to be sprayed with a waterproof-spray or any other type of protection-spray.

For cleaning your product, please use a lightly damp cloth. In case your product is made of a faux nubuck, do not wipe with the lightly damp cloth but pat gently.
