If you want to return* your order: click here

You can return your item(s) within 14 days to the DR warehouse.
Items from the sale can be exchanged via the link or choose for a refund.
Items from the sample sale cannot be returned, this is indicated for each item on the product page.
In the case of a return we will give you a full refund of the product price within 7 working days.
In case you want to return the product, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. You can use the return-link below to return your product, we deduct the return costs from your total order value. See below the returns costs per country.

EXCHANGES

Do you want to exchange your item for another color or model?

If you want to exchange* your order: click here

You can exchange your item(s) within 14 days. In case the product you are going to exchange is higher in price than the new product, we will give you a refund of the difference within 7 working days.
In case you want to exchange a product we will pay the shipping costs off the ''first'' exchange. After the first exchange the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- for exchanges within the EU DENISE ROOBOL is responsible for the return costs.
- for exchanges outside the EU the buyer is responsible for the return costs.

All the items you want to return or exchange need to have their DENISE ROOBOL tags and original packaging. Faulty items can also be returned after agreement by email about the wrongness of your product. All the non-faulty products which are not suitable for resale caused by use or damage will not be accepted and will be send back to you.
