DELIVERY + SHIPPING
All orders are send on regular working days. Delivery times may take a little longer during public holidays. Here you can check the delivery times and the delivery cost per country. All prices are included 21% VAT, except the non-EU countries.
The delivery times below can be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. DENISE ROOBOL is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Online payments can be made through iDeal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, G Pay, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Paypal, Shop Pay, Visa and Klarna.

PRICING
On the website the payment is in euro's. All prices displayed on the website are include* 21% Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs are added to the order when the product is placed in the shopping bag.
Shipping costs may differ from country to country. Please find more information about delivery charges for each country in the section DELIVERY + SHIPPING.
* All prices given in the online shop for European Union (EU) customers are include Dutch VAT (21%). For Non-European Union (EU) customers the prices in the online shop are exclude Dutch VAT (21%)

ONLINE SHOPPING INFO
Please note that we only sell items that we have in stock. Products may sell out during the shopping session and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout. You can always view, change or delete items in your shopping bag before you proceed to the checkout.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. If there are color differences between the colors shown on the website on your computer and the actual colors of the garments, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.

RETURNS
If you want to return* your order: click here
- You can return your item(s) within 14 days to the DR warehouse.
Items from the sale can be exchanged via the link or choose for a refund.
Items from the sample sale cannot be returned, this is indicated for each item on the product page.
- In the case of a return we will give you a refund of the product price within 1-7 working days.
- In case you want to return the product, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. You can use the return-link below to return your product, we deduct the return costs from your total order value. See below the returns costs per country.

EXCHANGES
Do you want to exchange your item for another color or model?
If you want to exchange* your order: click here
- You can exchange your item(s) within 14 days. In case the product you are going to exchange is higher in price than the new product, we will give you a refund of the difference within 7 working days.
- In case you want to exchange a product (sale/outlet products not included) we will pay the shipping costs of the ''first'' exchange. After the first exchange the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- In case you want to exchange a sale/outlet product, the shipping cost are at your expense.
- for exchanges within the EU DENISE ROOBOL is responsible for the return costs.

All the items you want to return or exchange need to have their DENISE ROOBOL tags and original packaging. Faulty items can also be returned after agreement by email about the wrongness of your product. All the non-faulty products which are not suitable for resale caused by use or damage will not be accepted and will be send back to you.

WARRANTY
We offer a 1 year warranty on our bags and accessories.
Goods are faulty if they received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If there is a manufacturing fault or damaged received product, please contact us by e-mail and add a picture, if possible, of the manufacturing defect or damage to your new product.
After confirming that there is a manufacturing defect or damage to your new product, you are entitled to return your product and a new product will be send to you afterwards.
